Indofood (ICBP) to Pay USD146 Million in Dividends

PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP) has decided to pay around USD146 million in cash dividends.

This decision was made at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Friday (23/6/2023).

The number of outstanding shares is 11.66 billion. As a result, the company's shareholders will receive around USD0.013 per share.

In 2022, the company recoded a net profit he dividend funds come from net profit of around USD305 million.  Thus, ICBP's dividend payout ratio (DPR) is 47.79 percent.

Furthermore, the rest is allocated as reserves and retained earnings.

For information, ICBP's profit in 2022 fell 28.31 percent year-on-year (yoy) compared to 2021.  Meanwhile, the company's revenues increased 14.07 percent yoy.

Sales of instant noodles became the main contributor to ICBP's performance last year, followed by dairy produts.
