M.Ilham ChatamyIDX CHANNEL - Aneka Gas industry plans to add new standard classifications of business fields namely basic chemical and other inorganic industries.
Based on the information disclosure in order to realize the plan to add this new standard classification of business fields the company's management will seek approval from the shareholders through the general meeting of shareholders on july 27 2022.
After conducting a study evaluation and financial analysis as well as other projections carried out by an independent appraiser registered with the OJK it was concluded that the company's plan was feasible, management stated that the addition of the new business field classification is intended to improve the company's performance as a company in the specific gas industry liquid or solid gas, design construction and installation of gas equipment at the customers factories and hospitals as well as trade guest products from other manufacturers to customers.
