BCA (BBCA) to Pay Dividend of Rp205 per Share

PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) today held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).

The AGMS decided to use the net profit of Rp40.7 trillion, among others, to pay cash dividends. It is set to pay a cash dividend of Rp205 per share, an increase of 41.4 percent compared to the previous year.

"The cash dividend includes an interim cash dividend for the 2022 fiscal year of Rp.35 per share which was paid by the Company to shareholders on December 20, 2022, so that the remainder to be paid by the Company on the date to be determined by the Company's Directors is Rp.170 per share," said President Director of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Jahja Setiaatmadja in Jakarta on Thursday (16/3/2023).

He said this distribution of cash dividends is part of the Company's commitment to always provide sustainable added value to shareholders.

"We are optimistic about the business prospects going forward and will move prudently in 2023, while consistently supporting economic recovery in various sectors," he said.

The AGMS also made decisions on several matters such as approving the Annual Report including the Company's Financial Statements and the Supervisory Report of the Company's Board of Commissioners for the financial year ending on 31 December 2022.

"We are grateful for the customers’ trust and support from all stakeholders, including the government and banking authorities, so that BCA can close 2022 with a solid performance. Despite facing global economic uncertainties, we see business momentum in Indonesia is growing again,” he said.
