Bali Towerindo (BALI) to Issue Sukuk Ijarah

Bali Towerindo Sentra plans to issue sukuk Ijarah worth Rp500 billion.

IDXChannel – Bali Towerindo Sentra plans to issue sukuk Ijarah worth Rp500 billion. The proceeds from the sukuk issuance will be used enterly for capital and working capital expenditures. 

Bali Towerindo Sentra plans to issue debt securities in the Public Offering of sustainable Sukuk Ijarah with a target fund raised of Rp2 trillion. In its official statement, the company said it would issue sustainable Sukuk Ijarah with remaining ijarah fee of a maximum of Rp500 billion. 

President Director of Bali Towerindo Sentra Jap Owen Ronadhi said the proceeds from the issuance of the Sukuk Ijarah, after deducting issuance cost, will be used entirely for capital and working capital expenditures.
