IDXChannel - The latest Consumer Survey conducted by Bank Indonesia (BI) in November 2023 indicated solid consumer confidence in economic conditions.
It was reflected by an optimistic (>100) Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) of 123.6.
"Consumer confidence remained solid in November 2023 in line with the optimistic Current Economic Condition Index (CECI) and Consumer Expectation Index (CEI)," said BI Communication Department Executive Director Erwin Haryono in a media release on Friday (8/12/2023).
In November 2023, CECI stood at 113.0, lower compared to the previous month but still in the optimistic zone.
Meanwhile, CEI stood at 134,2 last month, stable compared to the previous month.
