IDXChannel – Barito Pasific added ownership of the Wayang Windu, Salak and Darajat Geothermal operation assets. This was done by acquiring additional shares in Star Energy Geothermal and Star Phoenix Geothermal.
Barito Pasific has completed a purchase transaction of 30 percent of Star Energy Geothermal shares and 30.25 percent of Star Phoenix Geothermal shares in December 2022.
The additional ownership is in line with the company’s focus on the renewable energy with the completion of the transaction, Barito Pasific’s effective ownership of operational assets of Wayang Windu increased from 40 percent to 60 percent and affective ownership of operational assets of Salak and Darajat increased from 34.5 percent to 50.7 percent.
