The event will also be attended by representatives of international financial institutions and international organizations.
The AIPF is held as an implementation of the ASEAN Outlook on the Indo-Pacific (AOIP), initiated by Indonesia and adopted in 2019 by ASEAN member states.The Outlook is an initiative that seeks to reinforce an inclusive regional architecture. It is also intended to enhance collaboration instead of rivalry, promote win-win cooperation, and provide new opportunities offered in the Indo-Pacific region. (WHY)
