this dividend distribution is in accordance with the decision of the annual and extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, which will be held on May 11 2022 thus each shareholder will receive a dividend of Rp3.12 per share dividends will be paid to shareholders whose names are recorded in the register of shareholders on May 24 2022.
