IDXChannel- Bank Indonesia together with 4 other Asean central banks agreed on cooperation in payment system connectivity, which is expected to be an opportunity to increase the economy for 500 million people of Asean-five. For this reason, bank Indonesia together with bank negara Malaysia, Bangko sentral nang Pilipinas, the monetary authority of Singapore, and the bank of Thailand, agreed to launch a cross-border payment system to support digital transformation in the region at the G20 forum.
