IDXChannel - Puradelta Lestari (DMAS) has targeted marketing sales of Rp1.8 trillion in 2023. The figure is unchanged from 2022.
Director and Corporate Secretary of Puradelta Lestari, tondy suwanto said, the industrial land segment would be the main contributor in achieving this target. Furthermore, the demand for industrial land is expected to reach 90 hectares in early 2023.
According to tondy, the development of a digital lifestyle has also boosted the data center segment. This is an opportunity to gain revenues from this segment.
Based on reports, the data center segment was the main contributor to marketing sales achievements in 2022. The company sold 60 hectares of industrial land throughout 2022.
The company recorded marketing sales of Rp1.86 trillion in 2022. This figure increased by 3.6 percent year-on-year.
