She will also undertake a site visit to Makassar, South Sulawesi to engage with local authorities and show the UK’s support to scale up innovative financing for climate and development, through Ecological Fiscal Transfers (EFT) at the village/community level.

Our partnership with Indonesia and ASEAN is an essential part of the UK’s commitment to reset our relationship with the Global South," Dodds said.
