IDXChannel - Indonesian Foreign Affairs Minister Retno Marsudi is glad to witness a good and stronger partnership between Indonesia and the Netherlands.
"Last year, I received Foreign Minister Hanke Bruins to Jakarta and we agreed on the Plan of Action of the Comprehensive Partnership to revitalize our cooperation in various sectors," Retno said when attending the King's Day or Koningsdag event in Jakarta on Thursday (25/4/2024).
"Today, I was reported that the Mixed Commission on the Bilateral Economic Cooperation was held in Jakarta as one of the follow-ups of the Plan of Action," she added.
According to Retno, issues related to water management, energy transition, green economy, and sustainable infrastructure are close to the heart of the bilateral relations between the two countries.
"And our good cooperation goes beyond the bilateral one. It also applies to the relations between Indonesia and the European Union (EU)," she stated.
