Indonesia Promotes Superior Export Products in Panama's Largest Trade Fair
The Indonesian Embassy in Panama once again has participated in Expocomer 2024, the largest trade fair in the Latin American country.

Held at the Panama Convention Center on 5-7 March, Expocomer 2024 was attended by business participants from 30 countries and visited by around 20,000 local and international visitors, resulting in trade transactions worth USD148.2 million.
"With the large number of visitors from Latin America and the Caribbean, Expocomer has become a strategic promotional platform for Indonesian products not only in Panama but also in Latin America and the Caribbean," the Indonesian Embassy in Panama said in a media release, Wednesday (20/3/2024).
"Panama's role as a trade and logistics hub in the region has proven to be a showcase for various Indonesian products to be introduced in the area," the Indonesian Embassy stated.
At this exhibition, the Indonesian Embassy in Panama has opened three stands featuring Quick tractor products from CV.Karya Hidup Sentosa (represented by Quick tractor importer in Panama, DMC), food and personal care products from Garuda Food and Orang Tua Group, Indonesian decorations and crafts from various companies in Bali (represented by importers in Panama, Casa Mona Decor).
According to the Indonesian Embassy, the most popular product from the Indonesian stand was the Quick tractor. Visitors from Panama and Central American countries expressed great interest, and several business visitors subsequently placed orders for this product through DMC as the Quick distributor in Panama.
In addition to tractors, Indonesian decoration and craft products promoted by Casa Mona Decor distributor also attracted considerable attention from visitors. Casa Mona also expressed interest in attending Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2024 to seek other Indonesian craft and decoration products to market in Panama.
Food products from Garuda Food and Orang Tua Group also caught the attention of visitors at this exhibition.
