IDXChannel - Blue Bird is set to add 200 electric cars to its fleet in 2023. To support the company’s business plan, Blue Bird has budgeted capital expenditure of up to Rp2 trillion in 2023.
Director of Blue Bird Irawaty Salim said that the procurement of the electric fleet would use the company’s capital expenditure budget allocation this year
The company has budgeted capital expenditures of Rp1.5 trillion to Rp2 trillion in 2023. The capital expenditure allocation increased by Rp300 million to Rp800 million compared to the previous year which amounted to Rp1.2 trillion
Bluebird management said that it would use funding sources from internal cash and bank loans. With the increase in capital expenditures, the company is aiming for double digit growth of 20 percent to 30 percent this year.
However, the company has not yet submitted its performance results throughout 2022.
