IDXChannel - The holding of the Indonesia-Latin America and the Caribbean (INALAC) Business Forum in Lima, Peru on 11-13 September is concrete proof that Indonesia is increasingly committed to explore opportunities in the region.
This was conveyed by the Director General of American and European Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Umar Hadi, when opening the 6th INALAC Business Forum in the Peruvian capital this week.
"The organisation of the INALAC Business Forum is an affirmation of the Indonesian Government's seriousness to continue promoting trade and investment cooperation, establishing closeness and strengthening business networks, including offering mutually beneficial business collaboration opportunities with countries in Latin America and the Caribbean," said Umar Hadi.
The INALAC Business Forum was attended by various stakeholders, including government elements, business actors, civil society, academics and culture from Indonesia, Peru and Latin America and the Caribbean.
INALAC Business Forum 2024 facilitated various business meetings, promotion of Indonesian and Amlatkar superior products and trade negotiations between Indonesian entrepreneurs and their counterparts from the region.
