IDXChannel – The government will appeal the World Trade Organization's ruling on the nickel export ban. The government will continue to implement mineral and mining downstream policies despite the intervention of the World Trade Organization.
Investment Minister Bahlil Lahadalia considered Indonesia's defeat in the WTO to be normal. He revealed that in accordance with the direction of President Joko Widodo, Indonesia will appeal.
According to Bahlil, this downstreaming is an obligation and imperative for Indonesia to become a developed and high-income country.
