IDXChannel - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) is set to pay Rp1.91 trillion in cash dividends.
The amount is equivalent to 50 percent of the company's total net profit in 2022. This decision is stipulated at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Thursday (15/6/2023).
Based on the effective number of outstanding shares as of 31 May 31, ANTM's dividend per share (DPS) reaches IDR 79.5 per share.
For the record, the member of MIND ID posted a net profit of Rp3.82 trillion in 2022, growing 105% yoy compared to 2021.
Meanwhile, the company is set to hold unrestricted retained earnings of Rp12.66 trillion, with total equity of Rp23.71 trillion.
