IDXChannel - PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) is set to distribute cash dividends of Rp481.98 billion. Shareholders will pocket a dividend of Rp10 per share.
This dividend distribution is one of the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on 19 June 2023.
The following is the dividend payment schedule:
- Cum dividend in the regular market and negotiated market : 27 June 2023
- Ex dividend in the regular market and negotiated market : 28 June 2023
- Cum dividend in the cash market : 30 June 2023
- Ex dividend in the cash market : July 3, 2023
- Recording date : June 30, 2023
- Dividend payment : 14 July 2023.
For the record, DMAS's net profit is Rp1.22 trillion in 2022, up 70.3% compared to the previous year.
Furthermore, the company's revenues also rose 34.1% to Rp1.3 trillion. Previously in 2021, it was recorded at Rp1.44 trillion. (WHY)
