IDXChannel - Indonesia has exempted Colombian citizens from visa requirements for a period of 30 days without the possibility of extension.
However, Colombian citizens may apply for a visa on arrival for an additional 30 days, which can be extended for another 30 days.
"Indonesia and Colombia have officially implemented a visa-free policy, allowing citizens of both countries to visit each other without the need for prior visa arrangements," the Indonesian Embassy in Bogota said in a media release, Monday (20/1/2025).
Conversely, Indonesian citizens are granted visa-free access to Colombia for 90 days, with the option to extend up to 180 days. This agreement was initially signed in 2020.
"The initiative aims to boost tourist numbers in the post-COVID-19 era, strengthen diplomatic relations, and facilitate the mobility of citizens," it said.
