In a video uploaded on Connie Bakrie's Instagram account @Connierahakundinibakrie, Connie praised the speech delivered by Putin at the event.
"Mr. President I really like your speech. I think it brings the spirit of building together, building even stronger. Like the G20 tagline. I look forward to your visit to the G20 next month," Connie said in the video.
Responding to this, Putin also stated that he would attend the G20 Summit held in Bali. The reason is that Russia and Indonesia have a very good relationship.
"We have had a very good relationship with Indonesia throughout most of our recent history. I thank the leadership and the President or the invitation to the G20 meeting. We'll think about how we're biased to be there. Russia will definitely be represented there at a high level. Maybe I'll go too. I would think about it," he said.
