IDXChannel – The Federal Reserve is expected to raise its benchmark interest rate again. Bank of Indonesia estimates that The Fed rate will increase by another 50 basis point at the end of this year.
The increase in interest rates in December was carried out in order to reduce the high inflation rate in the US. This is because global political tensions continue and trigger economic fragmentation, trade and investment.
