IDXChannel - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) kicked off a working visit to North Sulawesi Province today, Thursday (28/12/2023).
The President and his entourage left Juanda International Airport, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province at around 06.45 Western Indonesia Time (WHY)
The President's departure was witnessed by East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa, Pangdam V/Brawijaya Commander Major General Rafael Granada Baay, East Java Police Chief Inspector General Imam Sugianto, and other local officials.
In North Sulawesi, the President will start his visit by inspecting prices of food staples in Talaud Islands Regency. Afterwards, the President inaugurate a number of projects, including the BAKTI 4G Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) project that provides internet services for underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost (3T) villages.
Jokowi will also inaugurate the operation of Satellite Republic of Indonesia 1 (Satria-1). In addition, the President will also inspect Karakelang Ring Road.
