IDXChannel – Adaro Energy Indonesia will distribute an interim dividend of USD500 million or equivalent to Rp7.79 trillion. The interim dividends will be distributed on Januari 13th 2023.
Issuer of coal mining and energy, Adaro Energy Indonesia announced that it will distribute an interim dividend of USD500 million or equivalent Rp7.79 trillion, This dividends is equivalent to USD0.016 per share of Ro249.5 per share. However, the value in rupiah is still an estimate because Adaro has not announced the exchange rate for dividends.
Adaro management in its official statement said the value of the interim dividend was 67 percent higher than the 2021 interim dividend of USD300 million. Adaro’s dividend distribution schedule is a follows, cum dividends on the regular market and negotiation on December 30, 2023 with ex dividends on the cash market on January 3, 2023 and ex dividends on the market cash on January 4,2023. Cum dividends is the last date for shareholders who are entitled to dividends.
