IDXChannel – The Ministry for Administrative and Bureaucratic Reforms has underlined its commitment to push for a digital-based government system. The ministry sees digital-based services as the answer for faster and more accountable government services
Minister for Administrative Bureaucratic Reform Abdullah Azwar Anas said that his ministry would push for a digital-based service system to restore public trust in the government. In addition, digital-based services are believed to be faster and more accountable.
“Digitalization of government administration because it is faster, cheaper and more accountable,” the minister said.
“This electronic-based government system does not create new apps but integrates existing ones,” he added.
According to him, all ministries and agencies have been ordered to integrate their apps. Currently, every service has its own app.
