IDXChannel - The IKN Nusantara Authority (OIKN) and seven technology companies from the United States have collaborated to develop the Phase II Command Center concept in the Indonesian capital city of Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan.
Deputy for green and digital transformation of OIKN, Professor Mohammed Ali Berawi, expressed optimism over the support from the United States Government.
"We have entered the initial stage of construction of the PoC Command Center phase II in IKN. We hope this technology will become a pilot center for smart city with the potential to support technology development at IKN," he noted on Saturday.
He remarked that the collaboration was marked by the signing of a Proof of Concept (PoC) implementation agreement worth USD7.6 million.
The agreement was inked by Berawi and CEO of Meta Mind Global Corporation (MMGC), Vishal Currie, who represented seven technology companies from the United States in Jakarta.
